What is coaching?

Coaching is so beneficial because it goes beyond talking to doing. It's active, empowering and applicable to daily life. My coaching style is integrative, meaning we will look at all four human systems: emotional, mental, physical and spiritual, and work on bringing them into balance. 

 

I'm a therapeutic and trauma-informed coach, so I am not just going to tell you to set goals and go out and crush them.  I'm going to help you get to the root of what is holding you back. Then I'll help you crush that. 

My purpose is to empower you to heal your past and discover your unique strengths and talents, so you can create the future you want. I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams and live a fulfilling life.    

I create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel like someone "gets" them. My approach is tailored to each client's individual needs, and I draw on a range of holistic tools and science-backed techniques. ​I work with adults, teens and families through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, retreats and workshops.
